Betaraoke

Betaraoke is a karaoke center that I designed as part of a company test. I had taken some time to do some research on how the user experience can be improved to let the user to buy the membership.

 

In this project, the primary objective is to prominently display crucial information at the top of the page, ensuring that users grasp the essence of the membership right away. Above that section, there will be two membership package cards, each providing comprehensive details on the features and distinctions between an ordinary member and a VIP member.

 

 

I had go through of a design methodology/process before I started to do the design and prototyping. The process are Research and Analysis, User Personas and User Journeys, Wireframing and Prototyping.

 

The first stage is Research and Analysis. During this phase, extensive research is conducted to gain a deep understanding of the target audience, their needs, and goals. This includes user interviews, surveys, and market analysis. Additionally, competitor research and industry best practices are analyzed to identify trends and opportunities. The project requirements and objectives are defined to establish a clear direction for the design process.

 

The next stage is User Personas and User Journeys. User personas are created to represent different types of users based on research findings. These personas help the design team empathize with users and make informed design decisions. User journeys are mapped out to understand the various touchpoints and interactions users will have with the interface, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.

 

In Wireframing stage, Wireframing involves creating low-fidelity representations of the interface, focusing on the layout and basic functionality. This step helps to visualize the structure of the design and prioritize content placement. By emphasizing usability and key interactions, wireframes provide a solid foundation for the subsequent design phases. I had draw out the low-fidelity before started the high-fidelity design.

 

 

In final prototyping brings the design to life by creating interactive representations of the interface. I’m using Figma to showcase the user flows and demonstrate how the interface will behave. Visual design elements are incorporated at this stage to provide a more realistic and engaging experience for users.

 

 

Overall, this experiential process has afforded me an exceptional opportunity to transform the depths of my imagination into tangible reality by meticulously crafting and materializing intricate prototypes. Through a structured and iterative design methodology, I have been empowered to explore the boundless potential of my ideas, fostering a dynamic environment where creativity seamlessly converges with functionality, ultimately yielding sophisticated and meticulously refined user experiences.
